1. Find your good position

To adjust, stand back in your chair and adjust the height, making sure your feet are flat on the floor. Also make sure that your pelvis is slightly higher than your hips. If your table is too high, then increase the height of your chair, and use a footrest.

2. Free up space

3. Start small
If you are just starting to telecommute, be aware that this is a transition period that should not be taken lightly. If you were previously working in a corporate environment, and left your home to go to the office every day, then the change that telecommuting brings can be very unsettling.
This is quite normal. Any change, no matter how small, takes time to adjust. So you can imagine that if you have to start working from home, almost all your habits will be turned upside down.
You no longer have to get up at the crack of dawn to catch the metro. You no longer work within the same walls on a daily basis. You don't have to meet your office colleagues to talk to during breaks. You no longer have lunch at the company canteen or the local restaurant. In short, there are many changes.
All of this takes time to adjust. And to make this transition a success, it is advisable to take things one step at a time. Start by reviewing the tasks you need to do in your first few weeks of telecommuting. As much as possible, start by doing tasks that are easily accomplished.
Avoid too many professional challenges when you start teleworking. You need to get used to your new working environment before you can take it to the next level. With time and practice, you will have the motivation and mental resources to perform more and more complicated tasks and be comfortable teleworking.
