Article 1.1 - Returns (If Applicable)
We only replace products if they are defective or damaged. If you want to exchange it for the same product, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Article 1.2 - Reimbursments (If Applicable)
Once the product has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you whether or not your refund request has been accepted.
If it is accepted, we will proceed with your refund and you will be credited automatically to your original credit card or payment method within a few days.
Section 1.3 - Delay or Failure to Refund (If Applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again. Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to appear. Finally, contact your bank. There is sometimes a processing time before a refund is credited.

The shipping costs for the return of your product will be at your expense. They are not refundable. If you wish to be reimbursed, the cost of the return postage will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your replacement product may vary.
Article 2.1 - Warranty Coverage
The BAMBOO ELECTRONICS warranty is limited to the terms listed below:
BAMBOO ELECTRONICS warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of original purchase based on the product and the exceptions listed below.
If a defect is present, at its option, BAMBOO ELECTRONICS will (1) repair the product free of charge, using new or remanufactured replacement parts, (2) exchange the product for a new or reconditioned product with new or good condition parts, making the product as functional as the original, or (3) refund the purchase price of the product
A replacement product/part takes the remaining warranty time of the original product or 90 from the date of replacement or repair, whichever gives you the longer warranty time. When a product or part is exchanged, the replacement product (or part) becomes your property and the replaced product becomes the property of BAMBOO ELECTRONICS. When a refund is made, your product becomes the property of BAMBOO ELECTRONICS.
BAMBOO ELECTRONICS will repair, replace or refund the defective product at its option if it is returned within the warranty period to our repair department with proof of purchase showing the date of purchase.
Article 2.2 - Exclusions et limitations
What does the warranty don't cover?
The warranty does not cover defects, malfunctions, or failures that occur as a result of: improper installation; normal wear and tear; misuse or failure to follow instructions in the user manual; abuse; unauthorized disassembly; or use with incorrect, incidental, or defective equipment. If you drop your product or immerse it in water, the warranty does not apply. In no event shall BAMBOO ELECTRONICS be liable for any personal injury, or incidental, special, indirect or consequential damages whatsoever arising out of or in connection with your use of the product, regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort or otherwise). In addition, incidental and consequential damages are not recoverable under this warranty.
Article 2.3 - Obtaining Warranty Service
To obtain a replacement or repair of a covered product, please follow the instructions below:
Return shipments are the responsibility of the customer, and the return must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase. You must insure and track the shipment properly because you are responsible for the product until it arrives at BAMBOO ELECTRONICS.
What will BAMBOO ELECTRONICS do to correct the problem?
BAMBOO ELECTRONICS, at its option, will repair or replace any product that has been proven to be defective in material or workmanship. If your product is no longer manufactured, or is out of stock, at its option, BAMBOO ELECTRONICS may replace it with a similar or better product.
How do I get warranty service?
If your product is defective and covered by our warranty, we will ask you to contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org with proof of purchase showing the date of purchase.
